Hi classmates and any other people that stumble upon this blog. My name is AJ Sprauve. I am currently a psychology major, I would also like to double major in business. I was born in San Jose and have lived there my whole life. I have never moved houses. I attended an average sized school called Valley Christian. I actually attended this school since kindergarten. I also have had the same best friend since then, so my life can be described as one of little to no change. I believed this theme would carry over to my sports life but I was mistaken.
I grew up my whole life immersed in football and its cult like following. I found myself going to every football camp possible; in the thought that they would give me the extra edge. I filled my summer days with the thunderous sound of young men hurling their bodies at one another and the feeling of cold ice trying to ease the punishment following each hit. Little did I know that performing this routine since the age of 13 would take its toll on my body. After 3 torn A.C.L.s 6 bone contusions 2 torn L.C.L.s 4 torn meniscuses a few broken fingers and countless concussions my body could no longer take the punishment. Now I find myself searching for a new sport or hobby to focus my time. Until then I guess ill focus on psychology and school.
