About Catherine

My name’s Catherine LaPlant and I’m from a smallish city called Mercer Island, which is just outside of Seattle. My favorite things in the world include lacrosse, being silly, new socks, making other people laugh, watching college sports, snacking, getting all dressed up, and a bunch of random things like those. I absolutely love getting involved with as much as I possibly can. It’s really when I’m busiest that I’m also at my happiest.

I played soccer for about thirteen years. I played on a premiere team and spent the majority of my adolescent life playing soccer. At some point, I quite frankly got sick of it and switched to lacrosse, which turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Sports have always been a major part of my life. If I wasn’t playing in a game I was probably watching one on tv.

Currently, I’m enrolled in the business school at Chapman and I’m planning on majoring in Business Administration. However, that could, and quite likely, will change. If you ask me, Bananagrams is the greatest game ever invented and I brought it with me to school in case anyone ever wants to play.
