Hey Everyone! My name is Adam Manke, and I am a freshman here at Chapman University, just like all of you. Here is a little background about myself. I come from a suburb outside of Los Angeles called Glendora, which is about 30 minutes away from Chapman. I attended Charter Oak High School, and I am extremely excited to be a Chapman Panther. I have a loving family including my dad Matt, my mom Cindy, my older brother Andrew, my younger brother Aleck, and my two dogs Annie and Zito. I love all types of sports including golf, baseball, football, soccer, and hockey. My personality is very eccentric and energetic, so I hate sitting around the house doing nothing. In other words, I constantly have to be on the go. I am also a very determined and perseverant individual, so I always finish what I start. It has always been a pet peeve of mine leaving something in my life incomplete or unfinished.
I am currently enrolled in the Argyros School of Business here at Chapman, and I plan to major in international business with an emphasis in advertising. After Chapman I plan to attend graduate school and eventually get a job at an International Company overseas. I was influenced to major in international business because of my love of traveling and the cultures of other people.
Well now that you have learned about my background and my plans for the future, I guess I can say that this is what I hope my life will look like in a nutshell.
